Events and corporate sponsorship programmes

Arthouse UK have vast experience as impresarios and producers of nearly a thousand concerts and events.

A major element of the business is corporate event production, with clients including the BBC, Bluewater, BT, Mobil North Sea, National Trust for Scotland and Virgin Classics.

Events range from CD and video production, live broadcast television, films (soundtracks and subjects), corporate concerts in major concert halls and theatres across Europe, and in castles, country houses, marquees, ships and football stadiums.

The expertise spans many aspects of event production, from selection of formats; choice of event themes, subjects and venues; design; funding; corporate endorsement and branding.

Event production services available from Arthouse UK include designers for lighting, costumes and sets; directors; musical, theatrical, visual and dance artists; photographers and graphic designers. Arthouse UK also provides access to venues throughout the country, many of which are private or exclusive.

Corporate contacts are regional, national and European, and include officials and elected representatives; directors and senior managers of many companies; media presenters and production.

Special strengths include the identification and delivery of "added value" elements in event production for corporate clients, attention to detail, establishment of close working relationships with clients to ensure maximum effectiveness of projects.

Notable successes to date include negotiation of the largest single music sponsorship ever in Scotland, which was recognised by no less than three national awards; development and delivery of a major award-winning commission, recording, touring, broadcast and film project called Follow the Moonstone; and a multi-million pound public/private partnership to establish Blackburn Arthouse.
Arthouse UK is therefore well placed to design and deliver and range of high profile, bespoke cultural sponsorship projects to meet clients’ objectives.  It is also currently developing exciting new creative/cultural industries projects in the areas of film music, Scottish music and in the hotel/leisure sector.
